| Marius se upsal se upsal labelu Grau. To mu umožní vydat dlouho očekávané album "Amends", které by mělo spatřit světlo světa někdy později během roku 2011. Sám Marius toto komentuje: "After the long silence, 2011 is the year for the re-emergence of The Fall Of Every Season. It is with great pleasure I now can announce that the band will be a part of the German dark record label Grau's roster. My sophomore record, the melancholic concept album "Amends", will then follow in the footsteps of a long list of influential releases, making me confident that Grau is a great choice.
